RBS is a residential school, and new admissions for boarders are mainly in Class IV (Age limit on 1st April of the year of admission: Minimum 8 yrs 4 months, maximum 9 yrs 3 months) and Class XI, and in other classes depending on vacancies. Day scholar admissions for boys and girls are limited to Classes IV and V.
Admission process for an academic year begins in the month of August of the previous year when the admission forms are made available online and by post. The filled forms along with the requisite fee should be reached to the school by end of the year. Application Forms must be complete, with all essential information and required documents as specified. Updated dates with schedules will be provided online well in time.
A call letter is sent to the candidate inviting the parents and the child for an interaction with the teachers to better understand the student's curricular requirements. It is essential for the parents to attend the interview in person. Class XI admissions will have a short admission test in the main subjects to evaluate the aptitude and proficiency of the candidate. Others will be assessed for basic proficiencies in Math, English and Hindi. The parents and the child interact with our staff and key administrators on the same day. Admissions are finalized and announced through the school website. We conduct multiple days of interview in order to facilitate travel and reduce congestion at the school. The order in which you are called has no bearing on the likelihood of admission. The decision of the school is final in the matter.
Please note that we have seats open for admission in select classes. For details please write to firstname.lastname@example.org
